Let a support agent see your screen.

A small tool that lets a BOU support agent view and control your computer while you watch, only for as long as you keep it open.

Only download this if a BOU support agent asked you to during a conversation you started with us. We will never call you out of the blue and ask you to install anything. Never share the codes below with anyone else.

No installation needed: it runs straight from your Downloads folder. Not on Windows? Tell your agent and we'll find another way.

Three steps

  1. Open the file you downloaded. If Windows shows a warning, click "More info", then "Run anyway".
  2. Read the ID and password to your agent. They appear in the window that opens.
  3. Watch while your agent fixes it. Close the tool at any time to end the session.

Ending the session: close the tool and the connection ends instantly. Nothing stays installed on your computer.

When you're finished: delete the downloaded file from your Downloads folder. Don't keep or reuse it: each session gets a fresh copy with our latest security settings, sent by your agent when you need help again.

Your privacy: the agent can only connect with the one-time password you read out, and only while the tool is open. Sessions are never started without you.
